Refurbishments

Piston pumps
As standard all pumps are dismantled and ultrasonically cleaned and all seals are replaced with new. Re-assembled pumps are then calibrated and tested on our own test rig. Coils and pistons are replaced as necessary for an additional charge. The pumps are tested to manufacturers' specification and backed by a 6-month warranty. Most pumps are available on a service exchange basis.

Rotary Vane Pumps
We refurbish Fluid-o-Tech rotary vane pumps, using genuine manufacturers’ parts and to manufacturer approved standard. Pumps are stripped and ultrasonically cleaned and all graphites and seals are replaced as standard. Pumps are calibrated and tested on our own test rig and returned in excellent condition, backed by our 12-month warranty. Most pumps are available on a service exchange basis. We can also refurbish Procon rotary vane pumps.

Diaphragm Pumps
Pumps are cleaned and the diaphragm and seals are replaced. Finished pumps are tested to the manufacturers' specification before being sent out.

Brewers
We can refurbish brewers from King and de Jong as well as Zuma paperless brewers from Vend. Units are carefully dismantled and go through our ultrasonic cleaner and a manual cleaning process. The cylinder, seal and skirt are replaced as standard, plus any other parts required (at additional cost). The unit is then re-assembled and tested before being dispatched with a 6-month warranty.
