In brass and stainless steel and 3 body sizes, our range of rotary vane pumps offer flow rates of 30 to 2400 l/h. Magnetically coupled versions are also available, and pumps can be supplied with or without motors. Main applications include: carbonation, re-circulation, reverse osmosis, espresso coffee machines.
Sold worldwide under the trademark Rotoflow, these are volumetric pumps designed for pumping water and moderately aggressive liquids with low flow at high pressure.
These volumetric pumps, designed for pumping water and aggressive liquids are made from stainless steel AISI 303, while the pumping chamber and the vanes are in graphitic carbon.
Available in six flow ratings to meet the needs of high volume pumping, featuring a brass or stainless steel body.
Available in 7 different displacements. The pump housing, the rotor and every metallic component are in AISI 303 stainless steel.
The principle of the magnetic drive comprises an inner magnet embodied in the pump and connected to the rotor, and an outer magnet connected to the motor shaft. The pole-to-pole alignment of the two magnets provides the driving motion to the pump.
The TH series combines the larger flow rate (500 to 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm or 160 to 330 GPH at 1725 rpm) with the added benefit of the magnetic coupling.
The TMFR is the latest addition to the rotary pump range. It’s an integrated unit where the motor has no moving parts. Half the size of a standard pump and motor combination, it can be mounted in any position and features low energy consumption.
The big brother of the TMFR is designed for higher flow, continuous duty cycle applications. Intelligent electronic control provides several different operating modes to suit the application.
