Gear Pumps
Our gear pumps come with magnetic or direct drive coupling, and PTFE or Peek gears. They will handle pressure up to 8 bar, and flow rates up to 210 litres per hours (l/h). Stronger magnets are available to limit decoupling. Main applications include: kidney dialysis, inkjet printing, and cooling systems.
Fluid-o-Tech MG 200 series magnetic drive gear pump
Compact precision performance pumps for high technology applications. The magnet drive principle provides a totally sealed pump chamber capable of handling a wide range of corrosive liquids with a high degree of safety.
Fluid-o-Tech DG 209 series gear pumps
The DGD209 is a direct drive variant, while the DGM209 is a magnetic drive version of the same pump. Avaiable in both 12v and 24v.
Fluid-o-Tech MGC AC series
This configuration combines the MG 200 series pump head with either a single phase (MGC3) or three phase (MGC7) AC motor unit.
Fluid-o-Tech MGC DC series
This configuration combines the MG 200 series pump head with either a 12v (MGC4) or 24v (MGC11) DC motor unit.
Fluid-o-Tech MGK series
This series builds on the MG200 series, offering improved performance in terms of flow rate, pressure and capability to handle high viscosity fluids. The range of materials available in the series will suit most applications, from food to industrial and chemical markets.
