F-Soda is designed to carbonate water and can be easily integrated into small vending machines and water dispensers that were not built for this purpose. The unit has the advantage of working at low pressures, thanks to its special design, and so can offer higher levels of safety and reliability than similar products using existing technology. F-Soda is simple to use and delivers high levels of effervescence, which can be adjusted with the control pressure on the CO2. F-Soda is equipped with an integrated circuit board to control different functions.

The "Fat Boy" is a 12VDC, 5 chamber, positive displacement diaphragm pump, and like all our diaphragm pumps is self priming and capable of being run dry for short periods without damage. The Fluid-o-Tech MGFR series combines a 24V brushless DC drive motor in a rotor-less configuration with a high precision magnetically coupled external gear pump to deliver a high-end system capable of handling fluids in the most demanding applications.
Because there are so few moving parts in the unit, the service life is greatly extended compared to traditional pump-motor units.
The integration of the pump, motor and variable speed controller provides an electromagnetically coupled, leak free system with a high degree of versatility. The extreme accuracy of the design and of the finishing allows the unit to deliver a smooth and pulsation free flow in all conditions.

There are applications where the liquids involved are very difficult to handle and working solutions are hard to find and require significant investment. The PG300 series gear pump is Fluid-o-Tech's answer to this challenge.
Designed to deliver the same high performance as the MG300 series, the PG300 series pumps are built in a special grade of PPS to offer the greatest chemical compatibility while allowing for exceptional mechanical characteristics.
Gears are available in Peek and PTFE, and the comprehensive range of elastomers is available. Coupling magnets can be ferrite or rare earth, depending on the requirements of the application.

Componenti launches an adjustable cup ring, capable of dispensing 80mm to 100mm cups. This generated much interest when it debuted in the award winning Gerhardt machine at Eu’Vend in 2007 because for the first time it offers vending an opportunity to deliver 12oz drink, competing directly with the retail coffee outlets.
Componenti are following this up with a fixed 80mm cup ring which will soon be integrated with the 4-peeler 672 range cup mech. A number of other developments are underway which Becktech hope to present in the spring, including a new espresso brewer and a quick-change peristaltic pump.
