The DGD209 is a direct drive variant, while the DGM209 is a magnetic drive version of the same pump. Avaiable in both 12v and 24v.

The DG209 Series gear pumps derive from the well established MG200 Series magnetic drive pumps. Available as a direct drive unit (DGD209) and magnetically coupled (DGM209).

Main Applications:

  • Water purification
  • Laser cooling
  • Water recirculation
  • Condensation removal

Technical Specification:

Built to handle clean water and relatively viscous fluids at low pressure, the DG209 Series pump-motor unit has low pulsation and is capable of handling fluids at a maximum temperature of 70°C (158°F).

The pump housing and the gears are made of Vectra. Seals are made of NBR.

 

The extreme compactness of its design makes it the preferred choice where space is limited.

Suction/discharge ports are 8 mm barbed end.

Motor can be either a 12v DC or 24v DC brush type, max. speed: 4500 rpm.
