Becktech was formed in 1981 by Tom Beckett, who had spent a lifetime working in engineering and was instrumental in the development of the vending industry in the UK. Becktech remains a family owned business and stays true to heritage of service and technical expertise. We recognise that our customers have come to depend on us over the years, and it is that dependability that is now at the heart of the business.
Refurbishments
In our own workshop in Chichester we have the facility to refurbish rotary vane, piston and diaphragm pumps, as well UniBrewer and Zuma brewer units. We refurbish, on average, around 20 brewer units and over 300 rotary vane pumps per month.
Filter exchange calculator
To enable you to get the very best quality and performance from your machine, Becktech has developed a unique online filter exchange calculator to enable coffee and vending operators to calculate the optimum exchange interval for their filters based on local water hardness and water usage.
FilterMinder
The next step on from our filter exchange calculator, FilterMinder is a database driven solution to track individual filter exchange dates based on your estimated water usage and the actual local water hardness conditions. You'll receive timely reminders from us of which units need to be replaced, and when, allowing you to place an order and schedule the work when it's most convenient.
CleanVend
A range of cleaning chemicals ideally formulated for use in vending and espresso coffee machines. Includes ready to use and concentrated sanitisers, a destainer and a descaler. Ancillary products, including powder-free latex gloves, cloths and black sacks are also available.
